2 New Hair Brushes for a Blowout at Home

2 New Hair Brushes for a Blowout at Home
Left to right: 1907 Copper Core 3" Thermal Round brush and 1907 Medium Thermal Square brush

I hated brushing or drying my hair until I was almost 15 years old. My mother would literally chase me around when I was a young child because I never let anyone brush or dry my hair, and I’ve always had pretty long hair– other than the god awful chili bowl haircut my mother gave me when she was a hair dresser. Not only did I hate brushing my hair, but growing up in Seattle, the weather was always so nice that I would roll the windows down in the car, stick my head out like a dog (don’t do that!!), and my hair would happily flop around in the wind until it resembled a giant birds nest; brushing my hair out was actual hell.

Now that I’m in my early 20s (almost mid twenties -___-), I’ve changed and take [slightly] better care of my hair, which means I unfortunately have to blow dry and brush it out so it’s not a total frizzy mess. I have naturally straight hair so I literally don’t do anything to my hair other than occasionally blow dry it if I have a hot date (lol not) or curl it if I’m feeling wild.

When I want my hair to look even better, I like to do a little blowout at home, and these two brushes have been very handy. The Fromm Beauty 1907 Copper Core 3″ Thermal Round* brush and the 1907 Medium Thermal Square* brush are designed with a copper barrel that is naturally antimicrobial so it prevents itching and flaking. The copper element also dries your hair faster and has a high heat resistant.

The 1907 Copper Core Thermal Round brush is great for blow drying your hair so it’s sleek and looks like you just had your hair done by a hairdresser. The 1907 Medium Thermal Square brush is very unique because it has a square shape and the shape allows you to straighten, curl, or wave your hair; it also makes your hair very voluminous and full, which I love because my hair is naturally long and straight so it’s pretty flat.

Both of these hair brushes are great for doing a blow out at home and I think the copper element to them is not only functional, but also beautiful.

  • I am rubbish when it comes to blowdrying my hair, it always looks tangled and awful afterwards.

    • Haha I was the same way, but then I started blow drying using a paddle brush and have now gotten used to using a round brush.

  • I just use a regular hair comb that my mom bought at some random store but these brushes look interesting. They look quite intimidating to use on the hair. lol

    • I thought that too when I first received them, but they’re really not! I used to use a paddle brush when blow drying my hair, but this give me a better blowout :)

These sound great! I usually just use a tangle teezer but these would do a better job if I was trying to do a proper blow dry!

    • Definitely! I used to use a paddle brush, but the end result with these is much better :)

  • These look and sound amazing! I used to use brushes like this day to day, but after knotty hair I turned the tangle teezer. When I want a blow out however I always grab these kind of brushes!

    • I love the tangle teezer for getting rid of knots :). I used to be horrible at blowing out my hair with round brushes, but have gotten better, and these come in handy :)

  • I also always had long hair, I can’t even get a haircut because my hair just grows out so quickly! Love the look of these brushes, I think that a good brush and a good hair dryer are a must for a nice blow out.

    • Haha I know, I will cut like 3-4 inches and no one will notice and then by the third week it always seems like my hair has grown out again.
