The Sephora Spring Sale Wishlist

Drunk Elephant Babyfacial

[Available at Sephora, website]

Is this even a surprise? I’ve been on a Drunk Elephant kick lately so I really want to buy the full size of this. I have a deluxe sample, and I haven’t used it yet. But, this sale is the perfect time to try out the full size since the price does make my heart and wallet a little weak in the knees.

NARS Soft Matte Concealer

[Available at Sephora, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Selfridges, Ulta]

I’m always on the hunt for a not necessarily bigger, but definitely better, concealer. This NARS concealer has been highly raved about so it’s at the top of my wishlist. I tried it out in stores, and it seemed very beautiful. It’ll be great especially on no makeup days when you still want to cover some scars/ blemishes.

Milk Makeup Cooling Water

[Available at Urban Outfitters, Sephora, Birchbox]

I rarely visit Sephora stores anymore. Solely because I like to take my sweet time browsing the website and reading up on everything. Shopping online is hard to resist when you’re an impulsive shopper, but it’s also great because you can look up reviews and really decide and research if what you’re interested in will work for you. I’ve been wanting to try this Cooling Water stick for a long time now. And when I visited a Sephora store recently, for the first time in a long time, I tested this out on my hand. Let’s just say it’s super unique and I can’t wait to put it on my face.

Farmacy Green Clean Cleansing Balm

 [Available at Sephora, website]

I’ve been wanting to try a cleansing balm for ages, but all of the ones I want to try are either super expensive or they don’t have the best ingredients. I recently saw Jenn from Beauty By Jelly Bean talk about this cleansing balm and how she loves it so I’m super interested. She has the best skincare stash and is a fellow skincare junkie so I love her recommendations. Do I really need another excuse to buy this? I think not.

Blithe Splash Mask

[Available at Sephora]

WTF is a splash mask, you ask? That’s what I’m trying to find out. The one I’m interested in is the Soothing & Healing Splash Mask because that sounds like something my skin would love. Basically, you put a capful of this mask into a bowl of water, mix it all together and then splash it on your face, pat your face until it’s just damp, not wet, and follow with your regular skincare steps. Does this sound gimmicky? Hell yeah. But it has pretty good reviews so I’m beyond intrigued.

YSL Fusion Ink Foundation

[Available at Neiman Marcus, Sephora, Nordstrom]

It’s about that time again when I start to get bored of all of my current foundations. Finishing up a bottle of foundation is a chore for me because I get bored of them so quickly. That’s why spending $60 on a foundation probably isn’t the smartest thing I’ll ever do (or have done), but this foundation looks gorgeous. I love the packaging and I hear good reviews about it. If you have any foundation recommendations then please send them my way. I don’t like anything super thick or super matte. A velvety matte finish is good, but nothing flat matte.

  • Great picks! When does the sale start? xx

  • Honestly I only have a couple of stuff that I plan to pick up, a blush and a bronzer, not sure either from Guerlain, Hourglass or Marc Jacobs. Seriously I don’t need to be buying more stuff because we’ll be moving soon and I should be getting rid of stuff instead of accumulating more.

    • I feel you.. I’m on a mission to finish things up, but have purchased so many things the past couple months.

  • Great wishlist! I love the sound of the cooling water! Gemma x

  • Reading this post makes me wish we had a Sephora in the UK even more! That cooling water sounds so good!xx

  • I really want to try some of the Farmacy products out as well, so I’ll definitely be picking some up during the sale!

  • Lovely picks! I wonder if the sale works from the UK! I really want to try some Drunk Elephant products!

  • Yessss great picks! I got super excited when I saw the Farmacy Green Clean in your image and then I read the kind shout out! Thank you ❤ I hope you’ll love it!
The NARS concealer is on my list as well, everyone is raving about it! I’ll be curious to hear about that splash mask too!

    Jenn │ Beauty by Jellybean

    • Of course girl! I love your skincare recommendations :). I can’t wait to see what you get if you do! I know you’re on a spending ban (I am too LOL)

  • I’ve heard good things about NARS concealers! I’m also dying to try their foundation, but I’m too scared to spend that kind of money on one product in case I don’t like it 😫

    • I feel you! It’s hard shelling things out if you’re unsure, and I don’t think AU’s return policy is that great :/. In the US, especially at Sephora and other department stores, you can easily return lightly used makeup. I would try and get a sample first!

  • I love the NARS Soft Matte Concealer, it’s great around the face to cover any redness! x

  • We definitely need a Sephora here in England! My boss is off to New York next week so I may be sending her with a little shopping list hehe.

    Alice | alicemaysnell

    • Haha what a perfect time! Hopefully you’re able to get her that shopping list :)

  • Why can’t we get Sephora hear in the UK, ahh, so fustrating :(

    • I bet!! I couldn’t live without Sephora lol. I’m so surprised they haven’t opened there yet!!

  • I’ve been trying the Drunk Elephant baby facial and milk water stick lately and unfortunately neither have been working out that well for me :( I do love the Farmacy cleansing balm though! I also recently picked up the blithe mask. It smells so refreshing! I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about that nars concealer!

I can’t wait for the sale XD

    Mili | Sharmtoaster

    • Ahh that’s so unfortunate especially because so many people love both! I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the Blithe mask… I’m still contemplating whether or not I need it. I’m stuck between that and the cleansing balm -___-

  • These types of posts are so dangerous for the wallet but I love them – great way to get ideas for what to buy next! I used to think the Blithe Splash Masks were gimmicky until I read all the glowing reviews, so now they’re on my wishlist as well. I actually have the YSL Fusion Ink and it really does give a light velvety matte finish, but it also accentuates any dry patches on the skin 🙈

    Jenny // Geeky Posh

    • I’ll have to try that foundation soon! I still want a Blithe Splash Mask. They really do have some great reviews :)

  • I love the Farmacy brand.

  • I want to try the NARS soft matte concealer but I’m not sure if it’s good for dark circles. I have the Radiant Creamy concealer and doesn’t cover it at all the way the Tarte Shape tape does.

    • Tarte Shape Tape is so good! I agree, the creamy concealer isn’t as full coverage. Hopefully the soft matte concealer is!

  • The Sunday Mode

I’ve heard a lot about that Nars concealer, I really want to try it but packaging wise I don’t love that it comes in a pot!

    Julia // The Sunday Mode

  • I want that Nars concealer too! It’s so hard to determine which shade though from the swatches online.

    • It is! And I heard they don’t match up completely with the radiant creamy concealer shades.

  • I’m so ready for the Sephora sale & all the hauls that will come after it, haha. I’ve been seeing that Milk Cooling Water a lot lately! Can’t wait to see your review on it if you do end up picking it up :)

I cannot wait for Sephora to come over to the UK :D
