During the winter months I tend to rely more on face masks because my skin can become pretty dull and dry–that’s where these 5 face masks with Nugg Beauty come in.
Nugg Beauty products are:
- Created with natural blends of natural oils and extracts
- Formulated without petrochemicals, parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances and colors
- 90% natural or naturally-derived ingredients
- Cruelty-free
The Face Masks |
Revitalizing— revitalizes and plumps dull, tired skin. It’s supposed to give radiance to the skin and contains flaxseed and peppermint oil.

Soothing— calms, balances, and hydrates troubled or sensitive skin since it contains Shea butter and chamomile extract.

De-stress— one of their newer masks containing coconut oil and acai berry extract, which helps nourish, calm and protect stressed skin.

Hydrating— camellia seed oil and spirulina extract to hydrate and replenish dry, dehydrated skin.

Deep cleansing— cucumber extract and jojoba oil for a refreshing, ultra-clean look and feel.

Each mask comes in it’s own cute little pod, which makes it ideal for traveling since you can easily fit it into your makeup bag. Each pod costs $3.29 (or $16.45 for a box of 5) so it’s inexpensive, and a great way for you to mix and match different ones depending on your skin needs. I personally love that they come in different pods because it’s much more hygienic and gives you a good amount of product. There’s enough in one pod to apply on your face, neck and décolletage so although they’re small and travel friendly, they aren’t skimping on the amount of product you receive.
The masks have a very unique texture to them– one I haven’t tried before. I usually use clay based masks, but these have a gel cream texture, which makes application and removal a lot easier. You only have to leave the masks on for 5 to 10 minutes, which is especially great if you’re impatient like me and prefer masks that are quick and easy.
I find that clay masks can get a bit drying because they’re sucking the impurities out of your skin, but these keep your skin hydrated because of the texture and ingredients used so your skin doesn’t feel tight afterwards.
The Verdict |
I really enjoyed these masks because they contain ingredients that are beneficial for your skin. My favorites out of the 5 have to be the hydrating, revitalizing, and de-stress masks since my skin suffers from dry patches, can always use some radiance, and de-stressing. I can definitely see myself adding these to my cozy winter night essentials, and these would also make great gifts!
