Anastasia Beverly Hills Heather vs Vamp review

Anastasia Beverly Hills Heathers vs Vamp

It’s officially fall here in the States, and that means one thing: bring on the vampy lip products.

Anastasia Beverly Hills has some amazing liquid lipsticks, two of which, Heathers and Vamp, are very similar. If you’re unsure of the differences between the two or want to see a swatch comparison, look no further.

Heathers |

This one is named after a very popular movie from 1988 starring Winona Ryder. I still haven’t watched it, but it has been in My List on Netflix for quite some time now!

  • Deep brick/ wine red color
  • Long lasting (about 6-7 hours)
  • Leaves a stain after fading
  • Applies creamy and opaque in one swipe

Vamp |

It’s fall, which means Halloween is just around the corner, and if you’re going for a vampy lip then what better than purchasing a liquid lipstick called Vamp?

  • Deep brown toned red
  • Long lasting (6-7) hours
  • Leaves a stain after fading
  • Applies creamy and opaque in one swipe

The quality and formula of both of these shades is the same in my opinion. The only difference between the two is the slight difference in color. You may think these are both the same, but they’re not.

The Verdict |

If you really like brown lipsticks, but don’t want to purchase one that’s full on just brown, Vamp would be a good option. It’s still red, but has a chestnut brown undertone. If you’re more of a wine lipstick lover then I would go with Heathers. Personally, I’ve been leaning more towards Heathers because I like a good deep red, and have moved away from really loving a brown toned lipstick on me.
