August Beauty Favorites | Giorgio Armani Liquid Summer, Marc Jacobs Undercover Perfecting Coconut face primer, Becca Champagne Pop, Hourglass Diffused Heat blush, Marc Jacobs Understudy

August Beauty Favorites

Another month gone by means breaking down my most used/ favorite beauty products I used this past August. Here are my August beauty favorites.

The lipstick I’ve been loving this month is Marc Jacobs Understudy. This is the perfect everyday terracotta pink shade that has a slight sheen to it. You can read my review on the Marc Jacobs Understudy lipstick here, but essentially, I think these lipsticks are worth it and very luxurious.

The Hourglass blush in Diffused Heat has been another favorite of mine this month. I’ve really been reaching for this blush a lot this past month because it’s so smooth and blendable, yet offers great pigmentation. Again, read the Hourglass Diffused Heat review here.

I’ve never been a fan of primers until I picked up the Marc Jacobs Undercover Perfecting Coconut face primer, which I’ve been using like crazy this past month. I have been suffering with dry skin lately and this has added moisture back into my skin, while also making my skin look a bit blurred out and radiant. Read my review on it here.

The Giorgio Armani Liquid Summer bronzer is a unique product that I picked up fairly recently. I never thought I’d enjoy a liquid bronzer so much because I thought it would be hard to use and messy, but I gave it a chance; I’m extremely happy I did. This has been my go-to bronzer this past month because it’s versatile and easy to use. It can be a tad messy, but the fact that it comes with a pipette makes it easier to use. Read the review here.

Last is a product that everyone has been loving. And I mean EVERYONE. Becca Cosmetics Champagne Pop highlighter, which was created in collaboration with Jaclyn Hill, has been a huge hit. People have been going crazy over it, and I can understand why. I didn’t use this for quite some time after I purchased it because I didn’t want to ruin it, but since this isn’t patterned like their other limited edition highlighters it still looks brand new. Now that I’ve started using it, I can’t stop. It’s a beautiful peachy toned light gold highlighter that I’ve heard looks beautiful on anyone from porcelain skin tones to deeper skin tones.
