Say Goodbye to Your Dull Skin Woes

Dry, dull skin is no fun, and now that it’s spring, bring on the dewy, luminous glow and say goodbye to your dull skin woes.

Skincare is really important when it comes to achieving a dewy, luminous glow, and my favorite products are:

Tula Illuminating Serum* — contains probiotic technology, which helps reveal brighter, glowy skin. P.s. the code “nida20” will get you 20% off plus free shipping on their site! I don’t make any money off the code, it’s just a friendly discount they’ve given for you guys :).

Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb — okay, low key, this has become my favorite moisturizer like ever. It’s perfect for spring because of it’s gel-creme formula and doesn’t feel greasy or heavy on the skin. It’s very refreshing, and trust me, you need this!

Some of my favorite makeup products to use when my skin is looking dull or I just want a nice glow are:

MAC Strobe Cream — this can be used under makeup as an illuminating primer, mixed in with your foundation to make it dewy or as a highlighter base/ more natural cream highlight on the tops of your cheeks, cupids bow, down the nose, chin, and forehead.

Marc Jacobs Undercover Perfecting Coconut Face Primer — contains 5 types of coconut to increase hydration, and adds a beautiful natural glow to the skin.

Becca Backlight Priming Filter — three types of luminescent pearls add radiance, Vitamin E minimizes the look of fine lines and wrinkles, and licorice extract brightens, tones, and tightens skin.

NYX Lavender Concealer — color correcting is super popular right now, and more companies are coming out with lavender correctors, but I’ve been using this NYX one for a long while when I want some extra brightening. Lavender corrects dull skin, which is why it’s great for adding brightness.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders — if you haven’t tried these, you need to! Photoluminescent technology allows each powder to diffuse and soften the look of the skin. It’s great to use as a finishing powder instead of something matte, which can make your skin look dry. I use these all over the face and under the eyes.

Sephora Luminizing Drops — luminous drops you can mix in with your foundation or use as a liquid highlight for a glowy look that looks natural.

Hourglass Strobe Lighting Powder — Hourglass makes the best powders, and their strobe powders add even more luminosity than their Ambient Lighting Powders, which is why they’re great for using as a natural, glowy highlight.
