I love a good lilac or lavender shade during the spring and summer whether it be nail polish, eyeshadow, or lipstick. The other color I really enjoy during spring and summer would have to be peach. After a vampy few months during the fall and winter, peach really adds some light back into your look, and is a breath of fresh air.

Blush | I tend to lean more towards peach toned blushes because I find they look the best on my skintone. I’m not really a pink blush kind of girl. My favorite peachy blushes would have to be Peaches from MAC, which is a staple in my collection. It is the best matte peach shade that really looks gorgeous on medium-medium deep skin tones. Hot Mama from The Balm is another favorite. It has a golden shimmer running through it so if you’re not into matte blushes and love a good glow then this would be a great option. Enchanted by NARS is a cream blush that was a part of their 2010 summer collection so it is no longer available, but it is a beautiful soft peach with golden shimmer running through it. NARS blushes are probably my favorite product from their line, and although this is my one and only cream blush from them I really do enjoy it. It is pretty light so it just adds a subtle soft peachy golden glow to your cheeks. If this ever somehow becomes available or you can find it online for a good price, I would recommend it. The last peachy toned blush I really enjoy during the spring and summer months would have to be Coralista from Benefit Cosmetics. This shade is a light peach with orange tones and a golden sheen to it that is really great for the warmer months. I can see why so many people rave about this blush from Benefit in particular.
Highlighter | If you have been following my blog or my Instagram page for a while you probably know about my growing obsession with highlighters. Two of my favorite peachy highlighters are Apricot from Bobbi Brown. I really don’t understand why this shade has been discontinued because it is such a lovely peach shade that can be used as an eyeshadow, highlighter and blush topper. I really hope they bring this back! The second peachy shimmery highlighter I love is Peach Party from Soap & Glory, which I picked up whilst I was in London because it’s not easy to get a hold of in America. *insert crying emoji* If this is available near you or you can find it online I really suggest picking it up.
Lipstick | I may be a lipstick loving fiend, but I am picky because I really only like matte formulas and stick to the same shades. Lately I have been loving the 90s lip color, and I find that all of the colors I own in my lipstick collection are basically the same, and quite honestly it is getting boring for me. I don’t own too many peachy lip colors because I feel like they don’t suit me that much, but the three that I do really like are Bellissima from Stila. This is a very pale peach toned nude that is quite light, but once blended out I really enjoy it. Since it is a liquid lipstick it is very pigmented, and can apply messy so I find you really do need to blend it out with your finger (at least for me). YSL Peach Passion is another favorite that has a cream finish. Even though I prefer matte lipsticks, I still love this shade. It is pigmented, glides on easily, and is a gorgeous medium peach color with a slight pink tone. I love applying this and blending it out with my finger for a more natural look. The last peach lip shade is Angelic from Dose of Colors, which is a pastel peach shade. Since it is so light this lip color is one that needs to be applied sparingly then blended out with your finger or lip brush to warm up the color so it’s not so harsh.
