I recently did a post featuring some of my favorite makeup products that have been my ride or die for many years. As much as I love those products, there’s always room for new loves, and that’s what I’m here to share with you today– The new OG’s, my new makeup loves.
Marc Jacobs #InstaMarc Contour Powder | I’ve done a full review with swatches on this product, and you’ll find that in my review I say that this product is worth the money– because it is. The contour powder is just ashy and gray enough to be a great contour powder. The banana toned powder goes great over your under eye concealer to really brighten up under the eyes so you look fresh and awake. It’s especially easy and quick to use in the mornings when you’re getting ready for school or work and don’t have much time.
Hourglass Radiant Bronze Light Bronzer | This has been my go to bronzer ever since I purchased it. Again, I’ve done a full review and swatches on it. This is very warm so it can come off a bit orangey on some tones, but on my MAC NC40 medium tan skin, it adds a gorgeous warmth and radiance.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette | There is a reason these Ambient Lighting Powders are so popular– they work! It took me a little while to really see the difference this stuff makes to my skin, but it adds such a natural subtle glow. Some days I don’t want to wear an intense amount of highlighter, but I want my skin to look dewy and fresh. This does that for you. It leaves your skin looking naturally radiant. It’s so natural that someone wouldn’t even be able to tell you’re wearing anything.
ColourPop Sequin eyeshadow | I love rose gold and copper eye shadows so of course this would be a new OG for me. Sequin is a rose gold coppery eyeshadow that has a metallic finish. I really love metallic eyeshadows because it adds sparkle and sheen to your eyes so your look has a bit of pizzazz to it. I’ve done a review with swatches on this product as well.
Tom Ford First Time lipstick | If you’re a fan of peachy pink nude creamy matte lipstick shades, this is a very luxurious option. It’s quickly become one of my favorite lipsticks ever since I purchased it. It’s very pigmented, opaque, glides on easily and it’s long lasting for being a creamy lipstick.
